As a testament to its forward-looking approach, in 2026 the Edilfloor group has launched a structured programme on environmental sustainability and workplace safety, with the aim of increasingly integrating into its processes a culture founded on responsibility, prevention and the protection of both people and the environment.
In 1994, Edilfloor obtained certification of its Quality Management System based on the ISO 9002 standard, positioning itself among the first companies in Italy to pursue quality objectives in manufacturing. Today the group continues to operate in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, a certification that attests to the adoption of a rigorous and effective quality management system. This approach reflects the companies’ constant commitment to the continuous improvement of its business processes, with the aim of delivering reliable products and services that comply with requirements and meet the expectations of customers and stakeholders.
Edilfloor’s commitment to quality and sustainability is reflected in its product and operational certifications, which attest to the conformity of its products to specific technical and environmental standards. These independent recognitions are essential for ensuring transparency, reliability and safety.
Among the principal certifications that Edilfloor products can claim are CE marking, LCA studies, EPD (Environmental Product Declaration), Made Green in Italy, NORGEOSPEC, ASQUAL, IVG, O:NORM, BBA and OEKOTEX. In addition, the AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) certification attests to Edilfloor’s reliability within the international supply chain.
In 2023, the Edilfloor/Geosintex group obtained certification of its Gender Equality Management System in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Practice, becoming one of the first companies in the sector in Italy to have successfully completed this process. The certification attests to the group’s commitment to promoting an inclusive, equitable and respectful working environment, through policies aimed at reducing the gender gap, enhancing individual competencies and guaranteeing equal opportunities for growth and development for all employees.
